Our Technology

We utilize Heat Pump Drying Technology for our dehydration process. This technology operates by cooling an air stream and condensing the water it contains, resulting in dry air and the recovery of heat from the evaporation process. This allows for the recirculation of air within a closed system, without the need for its release into the atmosphere. By doing so, we enhance the efficiency of the system, prevent the release of contaminated vapors, and conserve energy
that would otherwise be required for heating or air-conditioning. Our dryer incorporates a regenerative heat exchanger and an atmospheric cooler/condenser, which effectively remove moisture from the air and transfer the heat of condensation back into the air before it is reheated and recycled for drying purposes.
